We conduct a wide range of health-related activities to suit the needs of our workforce and the communities around our areas of operations. Disha Arogya Dham develops local solutions and works in remote areas neglected by the existing health and social service systems by Ayurveda and Naturopathy – providing free treatment of health care, drug addiction, cancer, kidney failure, mental illness.
Education
We conduct a wide range of school-related activities to suit the needs of our workforce and the communities around our areas of operations. Disha Arogya Dham conducts primary education as well as employment-generating programs under which it develops local solutions and functions in summer and neglected remote areas.
Employment
The scheme is a creation of the Employment and Rural Employment Generation Program. The aim is to create employment opportunities through the establishment of micro-enterprises in rural areas. It aims to provide continuous and permanent employment to a large section of rural and unemployed youth, traditional and prospective artisans in the country. The scheme facilitates the participation of financial institutions for higher credit flow in the micro sector.
There is a continuing commitment by Diha Arogya Dham to treat corporate social responsibility ethically and contribute to economic growth while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families at large, as well as the local community and society. We run Ayurveda and Naturopathic Hospitals, Schools, We prepare rural youths to create jobs. From the very beginning, our organization has taken initiative to contribute to society and the environment.

The main feature of measurement:
Pilar 1: Employability and Skills Development This involves the development of hands-on skills through 3-6 months of short-term vocational training, depending on the training focus identified by the occupational officers of the identified district.
Pillar 2: Entrepreneurship and Business Development: Creating 5,0000 jobs by all NEP interventions. Micro and small businesses have to be trained by business development consultants and 84% of projects have access to finance and create 39,954 jobs.
Column 3: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It focuses on access to finance through guarantees and grant-in-aid.
Expected results through the implementation of the measure:
200,000 jobs were created as usual. These jobs are expected to help graduates and illiterates; Their families and communities achieve better standards of socio-economic development. Specifically for the youth: 10,000 youth have been mobilized for start-up MSMEs to access finance and 10,000 youth have been trained in short-term vocational training for practical-job-relevant skills.
